Admission

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old (an official photo ID or birth certificate must be presented at the time of application).
Physical health requirements: You must be able to perform the work of the trade and pass a physical exam and drug test after being offered employment.
Educational requirements: You must have acquired a high school diploma or GED.You must pass a general aptitude test consisting of reading, mechanical reasoning, spatial relations and basic math (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication of whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percents). The test is given by Ranken Technical College.
You should have immediate access to a telephone and reliable transportation.
