Residential Replacement Installer/Technician
As a Residential Replacement Installer/Technician, you will be working primarily in private homes. You may be required to disassemble and remove a variety of HVAC systems; set new equipment in place, and measure and fabricate necessary duct connections. Technicians are also responsible for connecting gas piping, electricity, thermostatic controls, condensate lines, refrigerant tubing, exhaust flues, humidifiers, thermostats and air filters. A Residential Replacement Installer/Technician must work carefully, safely and efficiently, and should have good customer relations skills.
